The whole experience, from start to finish, was a hassle free and pleasant experience. I was given a time and the plumber turned up right on time. He proceeded to check my old system and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He then gave me 3 different quotations, outlining several options and prices. After selecting my choice the process was finished within 3 hours, taking into account for the wait for the new water heater to be delivered. The technician did a very thorough job of explaining all the steps, double checked everything he had done and cleaned up after completion. I NOW HAVE HOT WATER - WOO HOO! I am completely satisfied with the cost, professionalism and quality of the whole process. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Really easy experience to get a hot water heater replaced and quick too. Two thumbs up for workmanship. The only thing I would liked to have seen (really small thing) is to have the plumbers who replaced it give me a rundown on what happens next. I was under the impression that I would get hot water straight away but it ended up taking an hour and a bit to return. Also, when I turned the tap on I momentarily had some brown water come through the tap, which was probably normal. But I would've loved to know what to expect after the hot water tank had been replaced. Again, really small thing. Both guys were awesome, amazing service and will definitely use them again (But here's hoping that I don't have to).

Very helpful and informative about what they will be doing and give you a quote as to what they are going to do before they start. Also they were very promp and on time.
Great friendly service. I was in a panic about it before Christmas, James put me at ease. Will recommend you to anyone. Have a lovely Christmas and may 2026 be a good year for all.
Prompt answer of phone, came on time the next morning as arranged, fixed the issue on that visit. Happy with the service. Small issue - charged 1.9% fee for using credit card which I believe is higher than the ACCC says it should be.
