I had the pleasure of dealing with Samantha Kilburn strictly by coincidence. My neighbor had listed and sold their home in very short order. I enquired with my neighbor regarding their experience with Samantha, as I too was looking to list my home for sale. I must say, Samantha is very knowledgeable with market conditions and her professional appraisal was spot on regarding a listing price. With the listing price reflecting the current market conditions and the open house that followed provided a lot of traffic to view the home. I had two open houses in short order and we noticed multiple people had returned for a second look. Within a few days after, we had a offer and the house was sold over asking price.
