I had to board 6 cats while I was moving into a new home in Virginia and waiting for the movers to arrive. I am so happy I have found this boarding facility because they took amazing care of my cats and gave me feedback on how they were doing. They had just finished a 7 day van travel from West Coast to East Coast and then had to go into boarding for another week. They allowed me to pop in for a quick visit so the cats knew I was still around because I’m certain they were somewhat traumatized not only by all the changes, but by my apparent disappearance. I will be using this facility for all my cat boarding needs, they have my complete faith.

I absolutely love this daycare! The staff is always friendly, caring, and professional. They treat my dog like family and make sure she feels safe and happy every single day. I really appreciate how clean the place is and how well they communicate with me about her activities and behavior. My dog gets so excited every time we arrive — that says it all! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their pet. 🐾

Wonderful experiences!! My boy has some ptsd from life & I have never felt less than supported at RuffHouse… they work with his reactiveness towards other dogs & are so good to him. Each time I bring my boy, he happily trots in & “pibble smiles” & that says so much more than I ever could. I love adding the room service of frozen yogurt & play time to his stay. It was my first time ever leaving my fur babies at a doggy boarding facility. The atmosphere is very clean. The staff is very nice and relaxed. They treated my babies really well and made sure that I knew they did well while I was gone. They’re very alert when it comes to their boarders and I love that. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was in town visiting and planned a day trip to Washington DC and needed to board my child (dog) for two days. My friend recommended Ruff House and I’m glad I went with this boarding facility. When I arrived, I was given a tour and was able to change his room selection from standard to luxury. My reason for changing his room selection was because standard rooms did not come with a bed just a blanket and I did not want him laying on the floor (which I’m sure he probably did anyway). They made me feel comfortable leaving him, and when I came to pick him up, he was in good spirits. My dog has a case of separation anxiety, so to see that he was fine when I picked him up with comforting. I also love the report card that you receive after checking out. I would recommend Ruff House to everybody.
