We love The Ruff House! Mac thrives in Enrichment club and group play! They take the time to get to know your dog and work on their needs. Boarding is easy and we feel very safe leaving him while we are away! They treat him like family and love on him.

My dogs love The Ruff House! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have one dog that is a social butterfly which loves everyone and all dogs. But my other dog is timid/nervous with anything/one new to her. I love that they have an option for her so she gets to enjoy daycare as well. The staff is working with her in the small group class until she eventually feels confident to move in regular daycare. Very happy with how they treat my babies. My dogs come home happy and socialized. Just look at their smiles! Thank you Ruff House!

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Ruff House in Greenbrier. Their staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. You can tell they truly care about the pups who stay (and play!) there. I've had two different breeds go to daycare with them. Previously my Goldendoodle, and currently my Portuguese Water Dog. He's SO excited to go everyday—it puts a huge smile on my face and takes a huge weight off my shoulders knowing he's so well taken care of while I'm at work. Plus, I love being able to check my online portal for pics during the day to see what he's up to. P.S. It's worth it to splurge on enrichment club (especially if you have a high-energy/working breed). The brain games and tricks they learn really help keep him challenged/stimulated.

Gemma loves coming here for daycare! Although she has a brother and sister at home, I believe it's important for her to socialize with other dogs as well. She seems to know which mornings I’m taking her. She gets so excited and ready for her leash, making sure I don’t leave without her. I truly appreciate the staff for taking the time to help her feel comfortable and encouraging her to play with other dogs. I also love the additional activities Gemma can participate in and the artwork she brings home, which I proudly hang in my office. We highly recommend the staff here!

My puppy has been going to The Ruff House for a little over 2 months now. He attends daycare as well as some overnight boardings a few weekends since he’s started. My lil guy is soooo excited the minute we pull up by the time we are out the car he is racing me to the door, jumping and twirling as well as many of the other dogs wagging tails and happy to be there. We love it here, they are attentive, he gets report cards and pictures and I really feel goos knowing they are taking care of my little guy. We love them and they love him too. The Ruff House is worth every dime for the enrichment, socialization and experience that your fur child receives. Do not hesitate to reach out this is a great group! My guy I believe is the smallest and youngest of the bunch, he aced his temperament test and is doing amazing with many dogs of all sizes.
