Honestly it was my mistake for not checking the reviews before coming here. First of all, the lady at the front was just incredibly unfriendly and rude. She didn’t even greet us or look at us when we came in. We had to call out to her twice for her to even acknowledge us. If she hates her job so much she should just find another one. As for the rooms, they were absolutely atrocious. They throw down folding chairs in a half decorated room and call it good. There was clearly no effort and no care put into decorating the rooms. This place pretty much seems like it’s been abandoned. And the puzzles were so simple and boring and repetitive, a small child could probably finish the room in less than 5 minutes. If you want a good escape room experience, you definitely want to avoid this one. This place is just so disappointing.

I’ve been to several escape rooms in 3 different states and have never experienced this problem. The clues didn’t connect and we ended the game with 4 items that had nothing to do with the game making the entire experience irritating. I welcome a logical challenge which is what I expected here, instead it was honestly boring. We walked away with confusion on why they would design the escape room this way. Hopefully the other rooms they offer are better…good luck.

There was no direction. We unlocked our locks but the “clues” didn’t lead you onto the next thing. Knowing chess for the Asylum game would be VERY helpful. We’ve lost games b4 and still had fun but this was not fun. I prefer the games where you get to finish solving even if you didn’t finish in the time, this is not one of those places.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would — and honestly, that still feels too generous. Showed up for our scheduled time, only to stand there like idiots for 10 minutes waiting for someone to even appear. Eventually, some girl strolled out like we were interrupting her day, and then we had to waste more time signing waivers and watching a video that looked like it was filmed in 2007 on a flip phone. By the time we got into the room, we were already 20 minutes in — so glad we didn’t have plans after, because this disaster was a time vampire. The escape room itself? Embarrassing. It looked like someone raided a Dollar Tree and decided, “Yeah, this is good enough.” Zero atmosphere, zero immersion — I’ve been in more intense situations trying to untangle my phone charger. The clues made absolutely no sense. Nothing connected logically, and there was no real puzzle-solving — just a bunch of random junk and locks that may or may not open if you stare at them long enough. I’ve seen more structure in a toddler’s finger painting. The whole experience felt like it was designed by someone who’s heard of escape rooms once and said, “Yeah, I got this.” Spoiler: they did not have it. Save your money. Honestly, you’d get more fun and mental stimulation trying to assemble IKEA furniture blindfolded

We took our Youth Group to this escape room and we truly had so much fun and they are already begging to go back. There were so many choices for rooms. We went into Tricks and Asylum and would definitely recommend both. We were able to have up to 8 people per room which was perfect for our group. The clues given were very helpful (although sometimes it’s so obvious). We recommend this location and plan on going back soon!
