I reached out to The Seeby Group in order to sell my home because I had read many reviews where so many bragged about their impeccable expertise in the real estate market. Justin called me immediately and was exceptionally knowledgeable and walked me through the selling process (keep in mind it was not a huge sell – only in the mid 240k’s). I had my reservations, but the entire team was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Honestly I didn’t feel that my home was suitable or ready for the market. I knew it had a lot of minor work to be completed, but he and Kelsey worked diligently with me and gave me a positive outlook on selling my home. I am so glad I listened and let the professionals guide me through the process – everyone, especially Kelsey, worked extremely hard to make it happen (I had a lot of questions, and she never seemed to get tired of me). I was given 3 options on pricing my home: 1) As is - just put it on the market and see what it gets, 2) Make a ton of repairs (as if I had a money tree in my backyard), and 3) I was provided a list of a few repairs that they said would get me the biggest bang for my buck while alleviating the pressure of putting a ton of money on the line for major repairs and upgrades. Well, I choose #3 (was also advised that it was the best option in their mind) and they took over. Within 3 days contractors showed up and knocked out the repairs (even in the rain) just in time for the professional photographers to show up. Keep in mind, I did not coordinate any of this - it was all handled by The Seeby Group. And, their plan worked, the house was under contract within one week well over what I thought it would sell for and at the end of the day I only had to provide a little closing costs to the buyer for some repairs discovered during their inspection. Bottom line is this group saved me a lot of time and money and was absolutely wonderful to work with. If you need anything from a real-estate professional, call Justin Seeby, his group is the bomb!!!
