I love love love sourdough (especially San Francisco style sourdough), so I was thrilled to find the Sourdough Boulangerie. We tried a few different things and loved them all. The pretzels and pretzel "sticks" are incredible, and we're huge fans of the green chile and cheddar breads as well. They even have different "levels of sour" for their standard loaves. If you're not usually a fan of sourdough, there's plenty of options for you here. If you're like me, and love San Francisco style sourdough, your going to love their Extra Sour loaf! Oh, and they will slice things for you there too. (I very much appreciate this, as other bakeries I have visited in COS do not offer this service, and it's always such a chore to have to hand-slice entire artisan loaves before freezing them, especially the ones with mix-ins.) My only complaint is how far away they are (for me). But maybe that's for the best, because otherwise I might be coming here daily!!

I'm always after a good almond croissant so I called ahead and they saved the last one for me. It was different than others I've had but very good. Then I had to pick up a snickerdoodle and a ginger cookie. These were nice big soft & thick. I live on the west side so we'll rarely be out that way but everything looked really good. Nice ladies too.

Yummy local sourdough bakery. My favorite is the cheddar bagels, but the extra sour sourdough loaf is very good. They carry other local food goods. The cheese curds were good!

Absolutely loved this place!!!! The cheese curds were amazing!! Bread was delicious! And the customer service was incredible! We will be back!
