First of all I found the part I needed at lowest cost here. Shipping was fast, safe, secure. After I got the part a ribbon cable had to be removed from one board to another. The technician Eddy ask me to send some pics via email to see what was going on. I still had issues the next day and called back twice. Eddy was just as kind and helpful as taking the first call. I was able to complete the repair with his help, which saved me $200. I offered to send a tip and he declined and said he was happy to help and praised me for being a great customer. Best believe I'm purchasing all of my dj replacement parts from here! Props to Eddy!!

Great experience and I would highly recommend The Speaker Exchange if you have a speaker that needs to be repaired. I was hesitant to ship my blown B&W sub all the way to Florida, but can now say that it was totally worth it. They did an outstanding job fixing a speaker that no other shop I spoke with would touch. The end result sounds great and I'm very happy with their work.

The Speaker Exchange is awesome!!! That's the best way I can put it. I had a really old pair of JBL D140F pro woofers that I have needed to re-cone for years. I finally decided to do it and Gene, at The Speker Exchange helped me with all kinds of specs and data for other JBL woofers that used the same frame as the D140F, that i could change my woofers to that would be better suited for home use, and still have the high SPL that I like so much from pro, high efficiency drivers. Gene, at The Speaker Exchange answered all of my endless questions and helped me with a suessful restoration of my drivers. I couldn't be happier! If you have any old JBL 12" or 15" woofers and think that they aren't good for anything, there may be an easy way to recone them for something you can use. Or just re-cone the old bad woofers. If I can do it, anybody can. It's well worth it. Thanks to The Speaker Exchange for all of it's help with my speaker repair project. I can't thank you enough.

J'ai apporté un ampli de subwoofer l'année dernière et il leur a fallu six mois pour m'informer qu'ils n'arrivaient pas à déterminer ce qui n'allait pas avec cet ampli, j'ai payé en espèces; ils m'ont remboursé par chèque après m'avoir dit qu'ils ne trouvaient pas mon amplificateur, et j'ai attendu presque une heure. Eh bien, après un an, j'ai trouvé un ampli de remplacement et j'ai commencé le remplacement lorsque j'ai remarqué que des pièces manquaient, un condensateur céramique était endommagé, des fils coupés et ressoudés du mauvais côté de la carte de circuit imprimé; alors j'ai appelé et quiconque a répondu au téléphone a été très impoli; personne d'autre n'a touché à cet ampli sauf eux; je l'ai acheté neuf sur amazon. Cet endroit est lent, non professionnel, et des arnaqueurs! J'ai parlé à glen et je lui ai demandé où étaient les pièces manquantes, et il a déclaré « Je les ai mangées »; il a aussi refusé de me laisser enregistrer la conversation.
