I had Speakers and a radio installed by the stereo shop. I spoke with Chris and he mentioned that it would sound good in my truck. I had some issues with it after a few months. I called and spoke with the stereo shop. I dropped off my truck and Chris and his team were able to double check everything and when I picked it up, it sounded perfect. They did a great job and he gave me many options to make it sound even better, but I wasn’t looking to spend a ton of money on the system. I wanted it to sound good and after I picked it up from the stereo shop that day It sounded 100% better. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
This shop and Chris went above and beyond expectations today. I was able to have my system dialed in and needed hardware installed the same day. I was able to enjoy the hard work put it in. He was very patient and walked me through the process. This shop doesn’t try and oversell you at all. They use honesty and transparency. They have all the tools and knowledge! If you want peace of mind, including a professional sounding Audio system at reasonable cost then I highly recommend. A new long term customer relationship was forged today. I will be definitely coming back for all audio system needs.
Chris and his team do a great job. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and the install nuances. His prices are excellent and he doesn't try to upsell you if it won't add value. His post install support is excellent and he's just all around a pleasure to work with. As we speak, he's installing drone mobile on the third vehicle he's done for me. I can't recommend Chris enough.
Chris and the gang at The Stereo Shop were awesome to work with. The custom 89 Mustang I recently purchased had issues with the stereo, loud hum, etc. I contacted Chris, telling him it needed a "tune up." They got me right in, and the system sounds great now. The price was fair and they weren't out to sell me anything I didn't need. The folks were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
