We were out of state, working with the VA and trying to establish jobs-- all the while the Storck team made the process so wonderful. We were so grateful for their vast experience and patience. Highly recommend!
Working with Tatyana and her team has been a very great experience to us! She represented us on a seller side since July 2025 and we had to move to another state; thus selling our home. Tatyana walked us through the process and explained the current Colorado real estate market as well as any potential weaknesses that our house may have. Our house was built before 2000 so it needs quite a lot of repairs and improvements. Tatyana has been very responsive, helped coordinate with her team contractors to quickly get on track. The Colorado housing market supply & demand did bring us sellers some challenges in getting buyers but thanks to Tatyana's experience in pricing, listing and negotiations, we were able to sell our home in late November 2025. We are extremely thankful to Tatyana and definitely would recommend her team to any buyers or sellers!
