The team here is so knowledgeable and pleasant. The space is beautiful, clean, with a ton of options. They have been in business for 20 years and it’s a testament to how well it is run and how much they consider their customers and employees. Highly recommend!
It’s exactly what you should expect from the name of the business. You pay a fee for a service. I’ve read some of the negative comments. And positive comments. People do business and our feelings don’t dictate how they run a company or choose to provide a service. This is America and we have the right as customers to choose, and the business has a right to run it how they please. I’ve had positive experiences so far and if I ever have an issue I try to be a good citizen and understand that the reason I am there is because they have something I want. Approach life that way and you too will have excellent success.
I went in for my first every spray tan today. I was pretty unsure about the process so I called ahead. I spoke with Gina on the phone and again in-person when I went. She was amazing, she educated me on the process, advised on what she thought would look best on my natural skin tone. I will be back, all because of Gina. The studio was super clean and the machines and technology seemed to be top of the line.
I recently switched to this salon after my previous one closed down, and I had high hopes based on my membership of over a year. However, my experience took a turn for the worse today. After months of not visiting due to personal reasons and with my credit card recently expiring in January, I received a call from the owner. Instead of a friendly reminder or an understanding approach, I was met with a threat of being sent to collections if I didn't pay immediately. This caught me completely off guard and left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. The negative tone of the conversation has completely shifted my perception of this salon. I believe that communication and customer service are paramount in any business, and unfortunately, I no longer feel welcome here. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Such a great place! Outstanding tanning services with excellent customer service. They always have time to answer questions & advise me on my tanning goals. Sometimes I want to get a quick tan for a special event & sometimes I want a good base tan for an upcoming vacation. I'm always super happy & in a better mood after popping in for a quick tan sesh.
