We had the most wonderful experience at the holiday tea. The Tea was delightful, we each had our own tea pot and choice of tea. The food variety was exceptional! Finger sandwiches, little pastries, cookies, cakes, and of course scones. But, my favorite part was Santa's visit and the live musical performance. Not to mention, the beautiful decorations. It was truly a memorable experience.

We had a ladies lunch here today. There was 8 of us and it was my first time. I’ve been to about six tea rooms and this was my favorite. The food was plentiful, tasty fresh and I took home all my sweets! I tried two teas and loved them both! The two gals that served us did a great job getting our teas and explaining all the food on our tea plates. I can’t say enough about our special experience today. Well done to the team today!! The only negative is there is no bathroom.

We greatly enjoyed my daughter's recent bridal shower at The Tea Room Experience. The room was beautifully decorated and private for our event. The ambience is perfect. The food and variety of teas was excellent. . Delicious offerings. The staff took very good care of our guests. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for. My only small negative is it can be difficult to get hold of a person beforehand because they are only open and taking phone calls Thursday through Sunday. I was told to notify about special diets 72 hours before the party, but you can't do that if they don't answer the phone.

One of the best tea experiences I have had. The staff is very attentive, the selection of teas are vast and the food is delicious from start to finish! I enjoyed three different types of teas, and they were all high quality. The only thing I did not like is there are no restrooms inside the suite, or even a handwashing sink. The restrooms are about a five minute walk a few doors down. This is good to know going in, so you can plan accordingly, but please don’t let it stop you from enjoying your visit. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

I was a little worried by some of the negative reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations and my friend and I had a wonderful time. I made an afternoon tea reservation to celebrate my birthday and everything was phenomenal. I have seen quite a few other places with similar afternoon tea experiences but this price of $40/person with unlimited tea is hard to beat. We enjoyed all the little snacks, which were tasty and enjoyable. The tea selection was excellent and we enjoyed each one that we tried except the Blackberry Thyme, which was (no pun intended) not our cup of tea. There is also a lovely bench outside for photo opportunities, as well as a selection of hats inside. All in all, I loved our experience at this place and would highly recommend.
