Brilliant, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient and highly skilled people, costs are very reasonable, and I can't recommend them enough. My re-upholstered dining chairs look wonderful, and I am so excited for my sofa to come (with scatter cushions to match the chairs because Kerry is amazing!).
I highly recommend The Upholstery Shop. Kerry and Pam were so helpful and soooo patient with us for weeks as we tried to decide which fabrics we wanted for our sofas. Our sofas are 25 years old and now they look absolutely amazing and brand new. They made the whole process so seamless and the job was done in record time (especially during the Christmas period - they literally worked around the clock). Nothing was too much trouble and they were available for our many questions whenever we needed them. Thank you so much for breathing new life into our sofas, but even more-so, being so wonderful to deal with. This was our first time having something reupholstered, but I’m sure it won’t be the last. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We bought our 2 sofas from The Upholstery Shop (formerly Biltfirm Furniture) 26 years ago. These sofas thrived even with 3 spewy babies, pets, spills and everyday use, but it was time for the threadbare fabric to be replaced. We approached Kerry and her team to get the sofas recovered. She helped us choose fabric, arranged couriers, worked within a time frame and topped it off by supporting us to choose cushioms that complemented the style and look we wanted for out home. It was an absolute pleasure to work with The Upholstery Shop team and we would recommend without hesitation. Furthermore, in this current climate of us all needing to be more sustainable, The Upholstery Shop is the place to come to have your sofas re-covered rather than creating more land fill by buying a new one.
Absolutely fantastic. First I went to buy my fabric and they had a huge range to choose from and were really helpful. I then had to go back because the person who made my cushions did a really bad job. They were so kind and understanding and went out of their way to fix all the errors and give me back fantastic cushion covers. I had interactions with 4 of their staff members and all of them were friendly and lovely. I would highly recommend them. Thanks so much!
