Visiting this UPS location is always such a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, and speedy. I have printed, notarised, and shipped so many things here, and there has never been a single issue. 11/10 would recommend giving them your business.
In the business atmosphere is extremely rare to find good customer service, However, I was pleasantly surprised that excellent customer service can be found at your local UPS store on Redwood Road, Oakland. I just want to say that Jason provided me with service comparable to the service you find in businesses such as Saks, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany's, etc. THANK YOU JASON!
Kind staff and always efficient. Very helpful every time I have to go in to ship something, and never make me feel rushed. I had an encounter most recently with Evelyn, and she was amazing! Very easy to talk to and made the transaction as painless and easy as can be.
I came for shredding services. Staff were friendly & welcoming! The line moved quickly. Affordable prices & you can either shred your papers yourself or they will do it for you. So glad I did this!
On two separate occasions I have had two packages shipped to this access point and delivered, per the tracking. I went the very next day to pick them up on both occasions, and both were returned to sender. No one could answer why and didn’t care. The items I ordered were sold out and could not be reordered. I’d be careful shipping items to this access point.
