Was highly recommended by a friend who goes to this clinic. I called in excitedly to ask about injectable treatments here and got a very snobby vibe from the front desk receptionist. I'm new to injectables and wanted to get basic questions answered before booking an appointment. Felt dismissed and person on the other end kept ending off their answers with whether I would like to book a consult or not. I don't know if it's maybe because they already have a steady patient base being located in Yaletown that they were not willing to take their time answering my questions but the one conversation I had with them left me feeling uneasy booking with this clinic and made me feel like just another number :( . Expected better for a clinic located in a more expensive area of downtown.
Dr Dale is incredibly patient and thoughtful in his approach to personalized skincare. He provides enough information to understand the process and goal, without feeling intimidated by medical jargon. Pair this with Natasha’s informative and entertaining content on social media about product reviews and routines, it feels like a holistic approach to skincare! The team at TVL are always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. A special shout out to Tanya for handholding us through our skin journey from the initial consultation to create a comprehensive plan!
I had a great experience at The Vanity Lab! Dr. Li was very gentle and professional — the entire treatment felt comfortable and well-explained. My swelling settled beautifully, and the follow-up care from the team has been amazing. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff are always so friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy aesthetic treatments in Vancouver.
Absolutely love everything about the Vanity Lab. All the staff are so wonderful. I've had a number of facials including IPLs, Microneedling and Morpheus8 with Emma M and she has been amazing! Emma's technique, knowledge and energy is always spot on. Love her! Tanya B has helped me so much with a treatment plan and product selection and is so kind and helpful. I started my skincare journey a few years ago with Vanitylab, saw immediate improvements and will continue to go back for products and treatments.
I originally met Dr. Joan Li at another clinic and followed her to The Vanity Lab because she is the best aesthetic physician I’ve ever had. She’s gentle, precise, and always listens to what I want. Her results are natural and I never feel overdone. Serena is also amazing , warm, friendly, and very caring. I always feel taken care of from the moment I walk in. Highly recommend!
