My 10yo did the "kids try it" class with a friend, and they both loved it. The intructors are what truly made the class of 8 successful in each creating 2 clay pieces in just an hour. The kids were able to throw and sculpt themselves. Instruction and support to help and fix as needed was excellent - thanks for providing such a wonderful learning and creating opportunity to young ones.

I didn't go into the class thinking I will create a perfect pot so just learning something new was fun. The teaching/learning method is a bit of a watch once and do it style but they do come around and provide assistance every now and then. It's a small class so I did like that.

I surprised my husband with a Date Night at The Vessel. It had been 35 years since he'd thrown pottery, but even though his hands were somewhat shaky, he remembered. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend you to go!

We really enjoyed our class! I scheduled this as a surprise for my husband for his 60th birthday present and he loved it! It was just me and him in the class so had one on one with the instructor! She was great by the way! She was very easy to follow, very helpful and hands on teaching us. We got to make several bowls and then choose our favorite. I wish I had thought to snap a picture of all of the bowls we made since we only got to chose one to keep. Rebecca was our instructor and she took several great pictures of us and we will cherish today's memories forever! I for sure want to go back and do this again! Totally recommend!

My husband and I went to “date night” on Saturday, October 12. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the vessel team and given our drink tickets. We walked over to the Pour House and then brought our drinks back. Once all the participants arrived, we were given a short demonstration of what we were going to do. Then each of us sat at the wheel to throw some clay. The instruction team walked around and helped as needed. We were able to make two pieces each to be fired. We had a great time and would highly recommend going to one of these date nights.
