I had a great experience at The Vitamin Store. The selection was excellent, and everything was easy to find. What made my visit stand out was the amazing service. One of the staff members went above and beyond to help us, giving clear advice and making sure we got exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable service. Because of that, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Staff was nonweldable about vitamins, location of products in the store, and promotional discounts. The Vitamin Shoppe is now our family's go to location for our health supplement needs.
I've been here many times over the years and lately have rarely experienced a friendly, welcoming staff. For this reason, it's not a place I want to go to unless I absolutely need something right away. Today, there was no one at the counter when I walked in so I had to go in search of someone to help me. When I was ready to purchase my items, again there was no one at the counter and when one of the clerks spotted me, he seemed detached and uninterested in performing the transaction. A friendly smile and offers to help go a long way in building strong customer satisfaction.
Hands down! Good customer service! I’ve been coming here for 6 months constantly and I always had good customer service! I had to returned an item and the process was smooth. Store is always clean and organized 👏👏
