Awful customer service. Went in there asking for a promotion on energy drinks and the associate so rude. She made me feel dumb until she noticed I actually knew what I talking about regarding promotion. Need some training on customer service.

I went and bought a pre-workout, when I asked for the free samples giveaways, The lady in the cashier said she didn’t have any and it was 9:30 in the morning, claiming that sometimes they don’t send those free samples to the store, thumbs down for that👎

Terrible customer service. When I walked in, there were literally 4 employees in the store and maybe 1 other customer. No one greeted me as I walked in or asked me if I needed assistance (which I did). The workers were more concerned in their casual conversation than helping out customers. Finally after roaming the store up and down I had to walk up to the counter and interrupt their conversation in order to get some assistance. The girl working was the only one who was helpful. The rest of the workers could not be bothered. God forbid one asks them to do their job. Won’t be returning any time soon.
