Zero complaints. Always professional, kind, and welcoming! I never had an issue with apointments. They were very understanding of disability-related issues as well. I am prone to ingrown hairs- so painful- but I have had very few ingrowns when getting waxxed here. I'd recommend it to anybody, and they are very male-welcoming as well! For the services they provide I think its a reasonable price. Its still unfortunately a luxury in this economy, but when I can pay it I am extremely happy with the outcomes and care. I swear when they wax it, the hair stays away longer too- they're putting the fear of god into those folicles or something, great work!
I can absolutely see why this place is rated 5 stars! I always get really anxious trying new places but I am so glad I took a chance on this place! Everyone is incredibly professional and welcoming! Decided to book with Cat for my first visit and I do not regret, she's amazing! 🤩 So professional, pays attention to detail, makes sure your comfy and also so fun to have a conversation with! 💕 I have found my new monthly ritual! I highly recommend this studio! 10 out of 5 stars! 🤩
I saw Alana at The Waxing Studio for over three years, and she’s truly the best! She’s kind, gentle, and always made me feel completely comfortable. The studio is clean and welcoming, and the manager and front desk are always so friendly and helpful. It’s been three weeks since I moved, and I already miss them all. Highly recommend Alana and The Waxing Studio to anyone looking for a caring and professional place!
Lovely first appointment at the Waxing Studio. Alana was a true gem and did an absolutely wonderful job. The hard wax is definitely the way to go and she was fast, efficient, and left me looking great. I’ll definitely be back!
I cannot say enough good things about the wax studio!!! It makes a lot of sense why they have all 5 star reviews!! They took me last minute online, were beyond kind and Elena did my eyebrow wax and tint and I have NEVER had this good of a job done with all the years I have gotten my eyebrows waxed and tinted!! I will only be going here and referring everyone I know here! The waiting area and the individual private rooms are top tier and Elena was so kind and welcoming to me and one of my daughters that came along with me! Thank you so much and I cannot wait to come back again!
