Bobby came by today for a furnace tune up. Can't recommend him and this company enough. Bobby did a very good job checking everything. Bobby was also very nice and very clean. I forget the name of the lady on the phone but it is so nice to call an actual human. She was also very nice and helpful.
I purchased a complete set of Bryant heat pump/furnace system from Weather Changers. I obtained 6 quotes before selecting Weather Changes for their professionalism, price, warranty, and flexibility. From initial quoting to final completion, I am completely satisfied. They delivered as promised. The entire company, from the owner Chris, to the technicians, office managers were all courteous in every interaction.
I believe in giving people their flowers while they are still alive, and writing this positive review falls under that category. Unfortunately, my A/C stopped cooling on what would be one of the hottest, possibly record-breaking, days thus far this summer. I googled HVAC repair. Fortunately, I happened upon The Weather Changers Heating and Air Conditioning, read their reviews, clicked on their “About” tab, read the ‘Highlights,’ and immediately called them. Paige was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in asking the appropriate questions to help resolve my issue. I was given an appointment less than three hours out, which was perfect. I received the appointment confirmation promptly and status updates up until the technician’s arrival. And he (James) was on-time. He, too, was polite and ready to put on his shoe covers, which was respectable and considerate. I had already turned off the thermostat. He turned it back on and I took him to the condenser unit outside. The fan blades were not moving and James quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor. When James opened the compartment to check the capacitor size, he was greeted by a wasp’s nest with wasps swarming about. I didn’t have any wasp/hornet spray. So, he went to The Home Depot and purchased some. He sprayed them and made sure it was safe to continue. I included a picture of the wasp and hornet spray that James recommends. 😊 He replaced the capacitor which failed on the fan side, waited for Xcel to come back online, and came back into the house to check the vents. Ahhh, central air again. James explained the parts and labor warranties. He also gave me some helpful information on my obsolete condenser unit and I appreciated that very much. The visit was quick but efficient. James is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And he is not bad on the eyes. I say that with the upmost respect, as I am old enough to be his mother. 😃 I am not a paid spokesperson and believe me when I say I received amazing customer service from start to finish. I definitely recommend The Weather Changers Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs. Thank you, Paige, James, and The Weather Changers Heating and Air Conditioning. 😊
I am so happy I went with this company for a new ac! They came out on a Tuesday morning, had a bid later that day, picked them, and was on their schedule within the week (which was amazing timing as my area was gonna have some hot hot days!) the new unit looks so great compared to what was there before! They were so professional, courteous, efficient, and very pleasant to be around. They came in, got the job done in around 2-3 hours, even took a little time to give my little bulldog puppy some attention! These guys will be my go-to for any hearing and/or cooling!
