Best wedding ring shop there is. Miss Jillian helped me out, my engagement ring fit a little too big! But we sized it down to the perfect size. Best customer service ever, friendly staff, the environment was so lovely! If you decide to get your loved one a ring or any gem of sort, definitely come here and ask for Jillian she is wonderful!
We went in for a ring cleaning and inspection and it was a little busy for a Sunday so we waited patiently and was helped by Chuck. I bought my setting and wedding band from Wedding Ring Shop years ago and that was a good experience as well. I bought my loose diamond from somewhere else and the setting quality just wasn’t there so that is what brought me to the Wedding Ring Shop originally. I have been thinking about getting an upgrade but thought it was a pipe dream years down the road. While we were waiting for the cleaning to be done, we browsed some of their loose diamonds. I asked Chuck for some of the prices and he sat us down right away and talked to us more about what I was looking for. He brought out various sizes and I saw the one I liked. Chuck asked what our budget was, but honestly, we didn’t know because it wasn’t something we really discussed as I thought an upgrade would be more down the road. Chuck presented the price and we were a little hesitant so I asked for a simple setting to see if that would cut some costs and it truly did. Chuck never once made us feel pressured to buy anything and he spent about 2 hours with us. I am excited to say we purchased it and hoping to get it soon! Chuck was amazing and I want to say that is one of the reasons why we decided to buy it on the spot. All the associates that we came into contact with that day was just top notch and we truly felt valued. Chuck’s demeanor is so warm and gracious and we we’re honored to have him as our consult and hope to see him in the future for any of our jewelry purchases.
I ended up purchasing my engagement ring from here because Gabriel made the experience so pleasant! He met me where my price was, explained everything clearly, was genuinely enthusiastic, and kept me updated afterwards! Couldn’t have asked for a better place and I’m sure the rest of the representatives there are just as good! Give them your business if you can.
Absolutely Incredible Experience! We had the best time working with Stephanie!! She made the entire process fun, easy, and genuinely exciting — I think my now-fiancé might have enjoyed ring shopping even more than I did! Stephanie was so personal, knowledgeable, and truly invested in our story. Her excitement for us felt so real, and it made the experience even more special. She helped guide us through every detail and worked with us to custom-create the ring of our dreams. We walked out with a piece that feels uniquely “us,” and we could not be more grateful. Stephanie was honestly fabulous, and we’re so happy we found our dream ring with her help. Highly recommend! 💍✨
