Professional and Empowering Experience I had an incredible experience training with our instructor Sule. His approach to self-defense is not only practical and effective but also empowering. Our session was well structured, focused on real life scenarios, and easy to understand regardless of experience level. Sifu Welch is an amazing instructor. As a student of Dan Inosanto, one of Bruce Lee's top students, he knows his stuff. But more than that, he is patient and is great with helping students learn. He uses great analogies and life examples to demonstrate the movements. I highly recommend him. And even outside of the martial arts benefit of his classes, the drills are great for coordination, ambidexterity, and reaction time.
