I recently visited The Wicked Wich with my two best friends, and I have to say, this place absolutely blew us away! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness. The staff were super welcoming and even let me customize my own sandwich with hot honey (which was absolutely to die for). The sandwiches here are hands-down the best I’ve had in San Antonio. Everything was super fresh & flavorful. Plus, their Instagram is fantastic they keep it updated with stories about their specials, and it made us even more excited to try them out. If you’re in San Antonio and craving an amazing sandwich, def go here 🪄
The food was seriously delicious, way better than I expected. The spot itself is small and chill; perfect for grabbing a quick bite without any hassle. The staff was really attentive and made the visit even better. Overall, great vibes and even better sandwiches. Definitely worth a visit!
The food is great I am a picky eater. I created my own masterpiece. Turkey Bacon on multgrain bread toasted. My husband got the Wemby. I got a taste and amazing. The service was great the owner great us right when we walked in the door with a smile and hi. Helped answered my question to help with my decision. The music was prefect level to hear but still talk. The painting on the wall I loved it.
First time here. It's a cute small shop. There are 4 tables with 4 seats at each and a row of 6 stools at the long table. The young man who took our order and made our sandwich is friendly and attentive. He recommended the Mighty Morphine for us to try. Ordered: Mighty Morphine and Goliath with 2 chips and sodas. My husband said the Mighty Morphine was okay but didn't know it was going to be almost like an Italian sub. He doesn't care for salami or vinegerette type of sauces. That was our fault for not checking to see what was in the sandwich. He said it was salty and had a strong vinegar flavor. ($15.00) Goliath was amazing to me. The bread was toasted perfectly and all the meats tasted fresh and delicious. I have to admit that the star of the sandwich were the pickles and the house Russian dressing! Very delightful. ($15.00) Two bags of chips and sodas: $6.00 Definitely will go back and try other sandwiches. $39.01 before tip
I've been seeing The Wicked Wich on Tiktok. I sent it to my wife and she said take me. We drove over an hour away to the restaurant. They didn't disappoint. My wife got the Tom Tom and I got the Wemby Stack. Them things were fire. She are half of hers and I finished all of mine. We even ordered another sandwich to go(which we never do). It was a great stop on our day date. Customer service was great as well. They were helpful. I also watched them interacting with the other costumers. They were talking like they knows each other for a while. Always great to see when other restaurants staff and customer service has gone down drastically. It looks like they have a temporary special menu from time to time. The day we went they had a BBQ themed one in top of what they serve. The BBQ sandwich I wanted to try was sold-out. Anytime my wife and I are alone in San Antonio, The Wicked Wich will be our go to spot. I think if they had homemade sweet and lemonade this place would be fantastic. Nonetheless this is it new favorite sandwich spot to eat at.
