We moved from outside the country and so were planning to buy a house sight unseen having never really set foot in Madison before. Charlie met with us and asked all the right questions to get to know us and what we were looking for (which even we barely could articulate at the time!) We have been in our house for a few years now and are constantly thanking our lucky stars that we met with the Wills Agency. They came highly recommended (literally from an acquaintance, "oh, yeah, you gotta meet Charlie: he's hands-down the world's best realtor.") and while we appreciate all of the neighborhoods we've gotten to know since moving to Madison, Charlie *nailed* the ideal one for us.
Working with Jen and Charlie for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one was an outstanding experience. They made both processes feel completely seamless.
