The Wires Zone is a great place to do business with. They ship FAST (2 days from LA to Austin, TX, with free shipping), and respond quickly if you have a question (I asked for an invoice and got it in 5 min.). Also, the employees are cool. They sell Naim amps (made in UK) and Focal speakers (made in France), both of which are my passions.
Bought a Granite 10 Outdoor Rock Subwoofer. The Wires Zone had the cheapest price I could find online. I was a bit skeptical ordering from them because I’d never heard of them before and sometimes cheapest price means worst customer service. I was pleasantly surprised as the item was shipped out super quick via FedEx (Signature Required). It was double-boxed and arrived without incident. Their communication was also great. Best price AND best customer service is rare these days. They nailed it. I’m so satisfied I’m going to order a second sub from them. Highly recommended, AAAAA+++++.
It’s a very nice box, but the only reason I gave it four stars is because the holes for my 8 inch subs were way too small. I have three different brands of subs and they were too small for all three of them. I had to make an extension ring to fit the sub and lift them up a half inch.
I like to express a great experience shopping at The Wires Zone. I had an issue with my order arriving with some packaging damage and dent in the product itself. Wires Zone responded incredibly quickly and addressed everything right away. Their customer service was prompt, professional, and genuinely considerate. I really appreciate how smoothly they handled the situation. Looking forward to future purchases with them.
I am very satisfied with my purchase from The Wires Zone. The item was delivered earlier than expected, which is a plus! It was well packaged, and the price was really good. I've installed the speakers into the ceiling for mid atmos channel above the seats, and they sound really darn good so far - running 5.4.2 configuration. They sound clear, balanced, and if they sound a bit too bright or a but too bassy for your taste, they have 2 little switches to turn either treble or bass down by 3db. I've only had then installed for 5 days, but so far im very glad I got them, and recommend anyone who's looking for in-ceilling speakers for their atmos set up.
