I started going to the High Park location in December 2025 after I once tried a different massage therapist years ago at the same location. Since Dec 2025, I’ve been booking with Yelva. Yelva is not only knowledgeable about massage therapy but she also delivers the best service and follows up with me to know how effective her massage has been. Yelva also checks on me throughout each therapy session. I plan to get massage therapy at least once a month and I will book them with Yelva.

I had a rapid treatment with Keiko today. It's my second visit with her, and she's very good . She's professional and listens well. The treatment can hurt a little, but it's worth it. I highly recommend Keiko.

She provides me with such a great massage to my body, and I have no words to describe how helpful she is and how fantastic I feel every time after the treatment. Yelva is knowledgeable and listen very carefully what your body needs. Her technique and pressure were spot on, and she really took the time to address my specific needs. I walked out feeling refreshed and completely tension-free. Highly recommend Amberly if you're looking for a professional and effective massage!

Honeyliz is amazing and the main reason why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, I always have problems with billing at this location. Out of all the clinics and providers I visit, this is the only location that cannot seem to direct bill Manulife properly. Manulife said the clinic has not been submitting the claims correctly so I end up having to pay upfront only to find out that Manulife paid them. I then need to call them for a refund or call Manulife to redirect the payment to me and provide receipts to prove that I paid the clinic out of pocket. It’s a bit frustrating because every single time I go for a massage, I need to phone Manulife, wait on a long call queue on a work day to sort things out and have them pay me instead. I tried talking to the manager to provide feedback and share what Manulife said, but I still have the same experience at reception every time. It’s so strange because my chiropractor, physiotherapist and dentist are able to direct bill Manulife with no issues. That being said, I highly recommend Honeyliz as a Massage Therapist. She is amazing at what she does and is truly the shining star here. My first instinct is to gatekeep this so I won’t have a hard time booking with her, but she deserves to be recognized for her excellent work!
