They flow is hands down the most welcoming place ever!!! The instructors are all so knowledgeable and nice they make you feel so at home. I always leave the class feeling like o can do anything!! They’re the best. Shoutout to Luisa, Lauren, and Victoria for helping me and making me feel so strong
I can’t say enough about THEYFLOW! I had such a wonderful experience visiting the studio while on vacation. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt right at home. Luisa and Alie are incredible, and they’ve created a community that is truly welcoming and inclusive. The class I took was dynamic and challenging, with creative sequences and a well-curated playlist. Luisa kept the energy high and helped me stay motivated through the tougher poses. I absolutely loved the flow from start to finish—this is high-intensity yoga in the best possible way. Hands down, this was the hottest yoga class I’ve ever taken. Be prepared to SWEAT! I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.

The class was challenging but approachable, and the instructor did an amazing job guiding the flow while keeping it motivating. I left feeling strong, refreshed, and so glad I came. If you’re in the Mills area in Orlando, this spot is definitely worth checking out 🤍
I absolutely love TheyFlow! The instructors are fantastic so knowledgeable and encouraging. The space is beautiful, clean, and spacious, feeling like a true retreat. With a schedule that works for everyone and a wonderfully personable vibe, this is the perfect yoga studio. Highly recommend!
There’s something truly special about They Flow. It’s more than a hot yoga studio, it’s a space to reconnect, recharge, and remember how good it feels to simply be yourself. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth (and not just from the infrared heat!). Every instructor brings their own amazing energy, supportive, motivating, and real. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll feel both challenged and completely at home. No judgment here, just good vibes, deep breaths, and a beautiful sense of community that makes you want to stay a little longer after class. The infrared hot yoga sessions are pure magic. You leave feeling lighter, stronger, and somehow reset from the inside out. I can’t get enough—and I seriously can’t wait for the new upgraded location to open!
