Parker and his installation team replaced my 21 year old Lennox heating and air conditioning system with a top of the line Lennox unit. They did an extremely professional job and had my home cooling again within one day. I was very impressed with the detailed recommendations they provided. Each option came in a different price range, allowing me to choose what best fit my needs and my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. The Thigpen representative, Parker, inspected my old system, asked about my concerns, and presented several solutions. I appreciated being able to take my time to decide what I wanted. Even after making my selection, I was able to make adjustments and add a zoning system. I also chose the Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat, which outperforms my old Nest. The outdoor cooling unit is so quiet that I hardly notice when it’s running. I’ve had the new system for 30 days now and have used both the A/C and heating without a single issue. Excellent service and an outstanding product!
I have been a customer of Thigpen for over twenty years. I started dealing with them when I lived at the beach which plays havoc on an ac system. I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone from sales to technicians to customer service, they are the best in the business. You can’t go wrong dealing with Thigpen!
Thigpen was able to fix my gas furnace. The three technicians worked on it. Jack D., Don K. and Paul R. They all did equally good on what they have to do. Paul R. was the one who really worked on it for three hours and have the gas furnace fixed after they have been in my house five times. Paul is excellent and a great technician. He has the most positive reviews on Google. I can see right away that he will fix the water leak that's causing the problem by observing how he works. I also would like to thank Steve B. the Service Director. He is very pleasant and has empathy over my frustrations. The last three trips he did not charge me for any labor. Parts were still under warranty. This means a lot to me that the team made an effort to make it right for me. Thank you Thigpen. More success to your company.
I’ve been thoroughly happy with Thigpin heating and cooling since I had them install my unit probably a decade ago. They Are quick to respond to any problems that I have, do an annual service check and let me know if I need any repairs and if anything is within warranty. Tristan was very thorough as well as respectful. The prices are what I consider reasonable.
I want to start off by saying that Thigpen is a fantastic company, and their service is Amazing. I want to give a special thank you to Paul Ruckman, for his amazing expertise, thoroughness and awesome attitude. He had my system up and running in no time! My experience today was perfect.
