Treated wonderfully and given expert advice by the first sales associate. They made my partner feel comfortable purchasing jewelry for the first time, and recommended complementary pieces. She was wonderful and it was a 10/10 experience (and I love the pieces she chose!!). SO thankful! Came back in after the holidays for ring sizing and it was busy, but the owner helped me very quickly and cordially. Extremely efficient and pleasant, and I was sized for my ring in less than 3 minutes. He's clearly an expert at his craft, and I am so lucky to have received such a perfect ring fit. What a pro! I feel terrible giving 3 stars when most of this experience was amazing and really made positive memories to associate with these pieces which will stay with me for my whole life. Unfortunately, the associate who was staffing our ring pickup was horrible to my partner (not the same as the one who helped us purchase). It makes me so sad to look at my ring and know what was a lovely experience is somewhat undermined by a lady who decided to be disrespectful, dismissive and just kind of mean for zero reason. I hope that feeling fades with time. I would recommend Thompson to everyone still, because it was mostly wonderful. But I would note that if you are seeking to be treated with basic respect and kindness, you have a 2/3 chance at that.
Needed my watch resized for my wrist. Many stores had complications with doing so, due to the type of tool needed. Thompson jewellers took one look at it and helped me out. One of the owners was actually the one that helped me out and resized my watch. Didn’t know he was an owner till the end of the interaction. Thank you sir and Thompson jewellers. Very professional and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.
Amazing jewelry store, their rings are absolutely stunning (go see their VVS stones), their diamonds sparkle from a mile away. They also have an amazing Swarovski selection and I got a stunning pair of earrings. Must check it out!
I needed a specific type of cuff links so dropped by around lunchtime on a busy weekday. It didn’t take long before an employee made herself available and helped me by presenting a few options in store and online, with possibilities to order various models available made with different materials. Although I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for, the employee was very helpful, and quality/prices ratio seemed appropriate for the items I examined. Recommended.
Thompson Jewellers is truly one of a kind! Their pieces are stunning, and they can customize anything to perfection. Talin is beyond superb—so caring, lovely, and attentive that I honestly consider her like family and always look forward to seeing her. She customized my solitaire earrings, wedding ring and anniversary band, I am completely in love with them, as I am with all my jewelry from Thompson's. Every visit, the staff makes us feel welcome with their exceptional service. My son also customized and purchased his wedding rings here, both he and his wife absolutely love them. Highly highly recommend them. Beautiful store, beautiful products, and an amazing team—thank you Thompson Jewellers for always making every experience so special!
