The 24-hour service is a total game-changer being able to drop off and pick up anytime is so convenient for a busy schedule. Everything is fully automatic, incredibly user-friendly, and seamless from start to finish. The machines are easy to use, the process is quick, and the results are amazing , clothes come out perfectly clean, fresh, and professionally done every single time. In all fairness, the turn around time is good, they will contact you when your clothes are ready and anything other than a garment that needs special attention, this is the place. Now on the other hand: 1. I had a white dress suit that had a coffee spill on the pant leg and they said they could not remove it. I accepted that, a loss of a hard to find white suit (my bad). Then I took the same white suit (after wearing the whole suit) to the cleaners that i used to go to. When I got the pant back the stain was gone. 2. I asked why the price to clean my clothes wasn't on the receipt? I was told, "the price to clean a garment is determined by the label on the garment." That's not a good thing. Are they telling me that my not-so-expensive clothes do not receive the same care as my more expensive clothes? And every time I have taken my clothes in for cleaning my bill was different.
A had a white dress I brought it that was absolutely ruined! Sauce stains on front, hem a dark gray from being dragged in street, and oxidized sweat stains. (Don’t ask. It wasn’t me). They magically made the dress clean again. Like miraculously clean. I’m so grateful to them. Ive been coming here for 10 yrs. They have all my trust.
I absolutely love the staff here. I’m always greeted with smiles and great conversation. The clothes come back so quickly within a day or two. I would highly recommend them.
I recently moved to the area and needed to find a good dry-cleaner. I cannot express my satisfaction with this company. They are totally Affordable, fast, the customer service is excellent, they text me when my items are ready and their work is pristine.
