There are not enough words to stay how impressed we have been with the treatment our dog, Scout, received at Thrive. Everyone from the front desk, to the emergency nurses , to Dr. Adam’s and the PT staff , have been so supportive , caring and dedicated to what they are doing. We couldn’t be more thankful for the care that Scout received from the time she checked in until the day we were able to bring her home. Thank you so much to the whole Thrive Staff !!!
Great customer service for myself and pet. I called throughout the day to check on wait times, as I did not want to sit and wait for hours while my injured dog was okay to be at home. Once I was told there was a 30 minute or so wait, I headed over. Got there within 10 minutes. I checked in and it took maybe 5 minutes for my dog to be triaged and taken back for evaluation. I felt my dog was evaluated thoroughly and we were given great direction to make her feel better. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate Dr. Davis' honesty and time take to discuss what was going on with my pet. I would certainly recommend Thrive to anyone needing to get their pet in for an emergency situation. Want to make sure I shout out front desk staff and vet tech (Hannah) too, everyone was so helpful!
My regular vet referred me out for a neurologist consult for my 12 year old dog, for suspected IVDD. I made the appointment with Thrive. Prior to the consult, his symptoms got worse and I took him for an emergency visit there. The front desk folks, the technicians and the vet who saw my dog, Dr. Johnson, were all so kind and compassionate and clearly knowledgeable. This was a new place for both me and my dog and I felt very comfortable. I had the neurologist consult about a week later and Dr. Petit was very knowledgeable as well and answered all my questions. He wrote a detailed work up of how to wean my dog off his pain meds and get him walking again. As my dog and I were leaving the consult (with good news), the vet who saw my dog during the emergency visit came out of another room and said hi to me and my dog, having remembered my dog's name. This was a wonderful experience during a very stressful time. Thank you to everyone at the clinic who helped Romeo and thereby helped me!!
From the moment we arrived the entire staff was attentive and helpful. We had zero wait time. Our shy dog felt comfortable immediately in affectionate and caring hands. Everything was carefully explained and cost effective. What impressed me the most was the extremely detailed summary of her diagnosis and treatment plan, which was promptly sent. I have complete confidence in the Dr. We are finally on the right track. Our dogs mean the world to us and we are grateful.
Amazing experience. Our pup had been having back issues and we took her to the emergency room due to us not being able to manage her pain. We had an appt scheduled with the neurologist Tuesday morning but they admitted her on Sunday evening. The neurologist saw her Monday and based on her prognosis performed surgery Monday evening. The care and concern they put in to her care was truly astounding. Dr Adams and the entire neuro and emergency teams have been amazing with calls on her status both morning and night. I highly recommend the team here and appreciate the entire neuro team and all they have done for us. We have also seen the cardiologist previously with the same level of care and concern. This is a great practice and I trust them with one of the most precious parts of my life. Keep up the great work!
