I saw that he did free appraisal. So me and my sister took in two items I received from my mother estate. He was nice but I thought he really did not know to much . My rolex watch he said it was fake , because it had Genve on it and that not true any . Because the older rolex watch did had this, the earring first he told me they were fake. Then I told him on a diamond tester it went all the up He try it and said they are lab grown . Now sir if u knew what you was looking at or maybe you didnt care if so all u had to do is say so . Poor review
I was told my ring was a lost cause , I kept it in a drawer for twenty years but my husband wanted to Know what I wanted for Christmas and I asked him could we one more time to try and get it fixed , we took it to Thurman Jewlers and my ring looks like the first time i wore it , i’m a thrilled and will now send everyone to Thurmond.
Got my tennis bracelet back earlier than originally scheduled the price was just right! Friendly staff and high quality service. I’d say my bracelet looks better than when I originally purchased it.
Thurman Jewelers repaired both of my herringbones. One broke completely and the other one had a real bad bend in it. That was separating the links. They repaired them both. You can't even tell they were ever broken ,excellent work and a good price and in a timely manner. Great job! Thurman Jewelers
Fast, friendly and eager to please service. Also knowledgeable sales associates. Did a fantastic job removing links on my gold watch and adding a new band to my silver watch!!! Will definitely recommend and use again.
