Worked out here since I was in the 5th grade. Glad I did too! The trainers are really nice and get to know you on a personal level as well. The equipment is high quality and the space is well kept. The owner Nate is also my personal trainer! He’s a great guy and knows his stuff. He’s able to pinpoint what workout works what muscle and how that affects other muscles/ lifts. 5/5 would recommend.
Tiger Strength & Wellness is my favorite place to spend Saturday mornings working on building strength and endurance with a group. Nate curates great workouts that are both challenging and fun. He's invested in his clients and is super knowledgeable on all things fitness. The gym has an excellent atmosphere!
I’ve worked out at Tiger for over 10 years. Nate West is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. Nate sets goals that are both challenging and achievable. He keeps a close eye on form to ensure safe and efficient training. The workouts are always changing and adapting to my needs. Even though I have been working out with him for many years, he always keeps workouts fun and challenging so that it never feels repetitive or boring. Tiger is a great place to work out. It's an open and inviting space, always kept very clean, and is never crowded. Nate is constantly upgrading or adding equipment to meet clients’ needs. In addition to personal training, I attend small group classes at Tiger. They are also excellent! Even in a group, Nate prioritizes each individual client, so much so that it feels like another personal training session. I could not recommend him and Tiger more!
Mummy: Nate West was my trainer at Tiger fitness for around 5 years, I believe from eighth grade to graduating high school. As a competitive swimmer, strength training is a very important part of seeing success in the pool, and Tiger has helped me in so many ways. I won six individual state championships in high school and I credit Nate and Tiger to a lot of that success. When I first started training at Tiger under Nate, I was much weaker, uncoordinated, and not quite sure how to properly strength-train. Nate helped me gain lots of strength, find coordination, and taught me how to set reasonable goals and actively work to attain those goals. Currently, I am a top D1 swimmer at a top 5 school in the nation, hoping to earn national titles. When I talk with younger swimmers in the Lincoln area, I always recommend Tiger for them. Nate helps build success and great character, I can’t recommend Tiger highly enough.
I have been working with Nate West for two years. I first met with Nate after dislocating my knee. Through his customized programming, he has helped me not only recover but also, he has helped me gain more confidence and strength. In the sport of golf specifically, I have always had a decent amount of power. Since working with Nate, I have increased my strength, which has led to more of a controlled and effortless power. My body and muscle awareness has improved as well. We also have a lot of fun during our workouts and I know he cares about my progress and me as a person.
