Tim is great! Super knowledgeable and really works with you. He did a motherboard replacement on a gaming laptop we have and it turned out great. I usually work on my own computers but I wasn't comfortable or knowledgeable enough to handle this. Tim definitely is and explained everything and was great to work with. If you’re looking for upgrades or repairs for your PC, do yourself a favor and go see Tim. I tried to handle the repairs myself, but ended up making things worse. I’m the type of person who prefers to fix things on my own, figuring that if I break it, I’ll only have myself to blame. But when I tried upgrading my GPU, I ended up seriously messing up my PC. I swapped out my old one for a 7900XT I had just bought, but the SATA cables were in the way. I figured I could force it in, and, well, I did get it to click into place—but then my PC wouldn’t even boot. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot, but nothing worked. With a new CPU on the way, I realized it was time to ask for help. I called Tim first to check his pricing for upgrades and repairs, and after hearing how reasonable his rates were, I decided to bring my PC in. As soon as Tim opened it up, he immediately spotted multiple mistakes I’d made with previous upgrades. My ego definitely took a hit, but I knew my PC was in good hands from there. Tim kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, offering smart recommendations without trying to upsell me on unnecessary parts. He suggested upgrading the motherboard and switching to an NVME drive, and his recommendations were both affordable and practical. A few days later, I picked up my PC, and I couldn’t have been happier. Tim cleaned everything up, fixed the issues, did some much-needed cable management, and installed all the new parts. My PC has never run smoother. If you're in need of PC repairs or upgrades, Tim is your guy.

Tim is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, and willing to share his knowledge freely. He diagnosed a rather ambiguous issue I had with my PC, recommended the best replacement parts, and installed everything perfectly (and quickly). He’s also very fair on price.
