We had a birthday party today! Thank you to Chloe K, she was a great host! The customer service was impeccable and Cass (i think was name?) Does a fanastic job organising the kids party. The food came a little late so they adjusted for us and gave the kids an extra activity as an apology. My daughter Coco said it was the "best day ever". So thanks again for the great service and organisation. All the kids had a blast!!!

To our party host Maddy She was absolutely lovely and so thoughtful with the children. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive, making sure each child felt included and happy. The party ran smoothly thanks to her care and organization, and the kids had an amazing time. We couldn’t have asked for a better host—thank you for making the day so special for our children!
Absolutely loved our party with Lizzie 🤍 it’s the second time we have had her as our party host and she has been above amazing both times! She matches the energy of all the boys and creates the best atmosphere while still being able to engage and calmly instruct the group on what to do and how to play safely. Lizzie deserves far more that 5 stars and we hope to get her again next time!
Our party host Jade was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my son Jake had the best 10th Birthday ever at Timezone Robina! The birthday packages are just so good, easy and convenient and really take the stress and hassle out of planning a party! My son loved it, all the kids loved it and all the parents and I loved chilling and talking in the party area! Thankyou so so much Jade and the staff at Timezone! We will be back again soon!
