I went to ask for help picking out some wines for a chocolate tasting for my partner for valentines day. Dan was sooooo friendly and helpful. He was super knowledgeable which is great cause I have no clue about wine! He made everything easy to understand, and very clearly enjoys what he does. Will be back for sure!
I am a perennial novice when it comes to wine. I am forever being educated at this wine shop. I’ve been introduced to new and great things through their Explorers Club. There is never a dumb question that I feel ashamed of asking. They’re always knowledgeable and patient. The wine selection and customer service is outstanding. This is what it means to shop local.
Upon entering, JP was quick to greet me. He was highly knowledgeable about the wine regions and even showed me a map of certain areas that were relevant to the South African Chenin Blanc I was searching for. This location has an excellent selection with exceptional customer service and educational tips as added bonuses!
Wow. Amazing Customer Service not found at big box stores. As a person who appreciates wine, we were looking for some very specific wines to enjoy during our trip to Disney. Chris was fantastic, he found the exact bottles we were searching for and then personally delivered them to our hotel. Whether your looking for case or a special bottle, these guys are the best I've experienced in Florida. Thank you again.
