Hosted a company lunch-in for 100 employees, the intital correspondance was prompt. The communication was excellent made for an easy process. The catering staff made our team feel like they were at a family sit down meal rather than a corporate lunch. Much appreciated shout out to Martha for her hospitality.
Service was superb! Communication and flexibility was a definite plus. I always love and appreciate a family owned business. There was a large list selection of food and it was super helpful to be able to have the staff show up, set up, serve and cleanup. Would definitely use again and I'm looking forward to working with them again!
We used Gaby Tiscareno and the Tiscareno catering team for our wedding since it was included with our venue at Springfield Banquet Hall in Fullerton. Tiscareno Catering is professionally managed and did a great job at our venue. The food was excellent and they did set up all the tables very beautiful. Having the catering company handle everything from the food to the table set up was magnificent and really took a load off the bridal party and everyone involved. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help with the production of my gorgeous wedding. Tiscareno Catering allows you to taste the food and full detail, and also provides references for wedding planning and cakes. Whatever you need, they will be there. I would definitely hire them again and am appreciative of everything that they did for our wedding. Sidenote: the lobster bisque and the salad dressing that they hand make from scratch is to die for…. It’s that good. One of the comments that I got from my guests is that the food was just phenomenal and they loved the venue set up.
Attended a wedding this past Saturday where this business catered. This was by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had at any event. In my previous business I attended over 227 events in 9 years. And this is some of the best catered food I’ve ever had. The fajitas were supper delicious. The lemon rice - so tasty! And even the beans were more flavorful than your common pinto beans. These guys will cater my next daughter’s wedding for sure.
Gaby was phenomenal to work with – exquisite food and incredible attention to detail. From setting our menu to helping us with our tablescape, she put so much time and energy into making our reception dinner one to remember. We're STILL getting texts from friends and family who attended asking us where they can get her butternut squash soup (a must if you go with Tiscareno's Catering ;). Thank you so much for catering our wedding! We look forward to working with you for other events in the future. Much love for you and your incredible family-owned business.
