Tanveer was quick, communicative and very personable. I was very pleased with the service that was delivered on my MSI laptop. I had an issue with my charging port and the battery health wasn't great - I had bought my own parts and Tanveer was honest about the quality of them and advised me not to use them. I trusted him to make that call, and he was correct! Thank you!
Great experience. Thought my laptop board was fried but they determined that it was only the charger after taking the laptop apart. Could not have asked for a better repair teamm the cost was also highly reasonable.
I am very thankful to Tanveer for getting my laptop working, even though it seemed beyond repair from liquid damage he went above and beyond and was clear throughout about costs and what options I had. Definitely the best experience I’ve had getting any tech fixed and I’m left with a fully working laptop! Would highly recommend!
As an international student to the United Kingdom, the urgent need to use the data inside the computer as a result of computer damage, inadvertently in Google Maps search repair store to see this good evaluation of the store, so they took it to the repair, explained to the owner of the store, the store not only to help repair and comfort me, in the first repair, suddenly forgot to say some of the data need to copy, so the next day to go to the store, the store is still very patient and kind to help me! Extract data, and successfully extracted the data, although my English communication skills are not very good, but the store is very enthusiastic and patient to listen to me say my computer problems and demands, very recommended to students studying in the UK if they encounter computer problems to this store repair!
