Recently had a full duct replacement and blown in insulation at our home. Tommy himself came out quickly for an extremely thorough quote and price was great compared to other local companies we had out. The work was done quickly, professionally, with updates from the install team throughout each day. Highly recommend Tommy Cooooool.
I have not gotten any services from them, but I hear their ads on the radio all the time so I had to look em up real fast. Saw the reviews were at 666, that needed to change🗿 Ps. If you could call out ny homie Diego sometime on an ad that would be legendary. He hears your commercials so much that just the vibe in the car lets him know that one is playing, even if the audio is off.

Tommy Cool Air service was great. Even though I’m out of town; the technician Alexander Ortiz communicated with me through the whole process and completed the job in a timely manner. Definitely will be using them again; Thanks Tommy Cool
Tommy cool air did an amazing job for me. I called on a Sunday afternoon thinking I would get no answer or response and was greeted by Tommy himself over the phone, he was professional and courteous and was able to help me with the issue I was having. He was able to find the part needed and give me a quote for the work on the spot, from that point Sierra took over the logistics and I received the same professionalism and help that I was needing, she was there for every call back and update and never once made be feel like it was being overwhelming. She kept me up to date with all services and was on top of everything. Lastly there was Jason the A/C tech showed up to my home with a courtesy call prior to arrival and let me know that he was on his way which was a huge help. Once at my home he let me know that everything would be taken care of and I should have no concerns, installed the damaged item and did a service check on my entire system. Afterwards he came inside to verify all my systems were in order and once completed even came back to check an issue that I was having without hesitation. Overall Tommy and his staff were top notch and I would recommend them for all your A/C needs. Thank you Tommy and to all your staff on a job well done!!!
