I’ve been to quite a few Tommy’s in the area and this location is probably not the best managed. I normally have good experiences at Tommy’s but, here I’ve been to dozen times within the year. A attendant was at the Carwash entrance only 3 of those times to guide you in. Vacuums are half the time clogged and no body ever responds to the “press for assistance” button they have available. On a positive note, the Carwash itself does a fine job cleaning my Telsa model Y overall compared to other car washes. As with all car washes I’ve experienced with an SUV, they rarely do a good job with the rear and rear bumper which I find myself using a towel to finish the job. Hope this helps your decision on using this location. I’ll follow-up if I ever stop here again, otherwise I’d prefer another location.
Update 11-4-25 I did call the owner two days ago, and have not received a call back. I have attached the photos from the website that show a fee, even for those with a membership. I really liked this location. I was a member for about a year, but I just canceled. The vacuums do not have hardly any suction. Last year they had the cutest Halloween themed tunnel. We loved it, but this year they have the audacity to charge $25 (regardless if you have a membership) for the Halloween themed tunnel. Last year, the perk of having it included in my membership really impressed me. But, the fee and lack of decent vacuums made me rethink the membership.
Tommy’s Car Wash is all decked out for Halloween—spooky fun from start to finish! Quick, thorough wash, and the attendants were super attentive and helpful. Left with a shine and a smile. 👻🚗✨
I truly appreciate how clean the wash gets my car! And the air dryers do a great job so not much water is left to wipe off.
Pretty good car wash. I was a little disappointed in the way it did not wash my wheels or apply the advertised tire shine. My wheels came out dirtier than they were before going in. I did notice a scratch on my roof while drying the truck off. I didn’t say anything because, maybe it was already there? It’s a brand new truck with less than 300 miles on it at the time of the wash. I was also slightly concerned about how powerful the dryers are… I heard the roof flexing.
