Five years ago we bought two redbud trees from Tom's. They came out and planted the trees. Unfortunately the trees have underperformed. They have not grown as it seems they should have, despite being subject to the same environmental conditions as other trees that have thrived in our back yard in SW Lubbock. We went to Tom's this morning, expressed our concerns and asked if they might have a look at these trees. I was told that their arborist would give me a call to discuss. I just received his call. He said his that their policy required a $100 inspection payment. We are disappointed in Tom's tree place.

Staff were very helpful to find out the tress we were looking for our front and back yard. We were glad with the purchase and looking forward for the tress to grow now! The installation team was very good, clarified all our doubts and did a great job! Planning to purchase few more trees here soon:)
