They saved my jacket!!! It wouldn’t zip up, and everywhere I went said the same thing: ‘We can’t do it—the material is too thick to stitch through.’ But they did 🙂 Replaced the ZIPPER, fixed a few holes , and made me feel so loved. Thank you so much 🙏🏾

I took a shirt here with a small hole in the elbow, expecting a simple, clean repair. What I got back was completely terrible. The stitching is uneven, messy, bulky, and completely ruins the appearance of the shirt. Before and after photos are attached. I contacted them on October 8th to address the issue, and they said they would redo it or refund the money. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear communication, as of October 26th, I still have not received my refund. This place ruined my shirt, wasted my time, and failed to keep their word. Very unprofessional to promise a refund and not follow through. Poor quality work and zero accountability.

I recently had a last minute alterations with a Bridesmaid dress and was greatly impressed by how fast the turn around was. I appreciated the effectiveness and work done. I certainly will be coming back for any alterations needed in the future.

I need to edit my review. Because, I was upset a week ago. When I dropped off 2 pair of shorts to be taken in. I asked Jessica how much it was going to cost. She replied $54 I about crapped at the price I told her I don't have that kind of money. I was going to take my shorts with me. Then, she tells me $40. Which is still expensive. But, it's better than $54. She also talked to me this morning.(4/8/25) When I came in to pick up my shorts. She wanted to make sure everything was okay. I told her I thought their prices were too expensive. I said I remember the last time I was in there. U said your price was $16 But, that was for hemming jeans. Jessica said her prices have always been that way. And she didn't just change the price when I came in there. I then told her I probably wouldn't be able to afford to come back. She more or less said she would work it out with me. She said she felt bad last week. Because, I left upset. And I've been a client for some time now. She remembered me giving her a Christmas present a few years ago. She felt that was very sweet After I tried on my shorts. I gave her the $40. She ended up giving me $10 back. I thought was really sweet. She also gave me a hug before I walked out the door. Which was also very sweet.. I'm glad Jessica took the time to talk to me. I felt better when I walked out of there. I will probably continue to be a client. Because, they do GREAT work. And it's probably the BEST place on 4th Street. Kudos Jessica.. U TOTALLY RULE.... Thanks, for making me feel BETTER. I so appreciate it...

Needed my dress taken in and they did a fantastic job! I was in and out to drop off and pick up! It was my first time getting something tailored and I will come here from now on! Prices were fair also. Thank you so much!!
