The guide, Oscar, is very professional and knowledgeable about the city of Montreal, both history-wise and neighborhood-wise. The 3-hour walking tour covers a quite good area of MTL: from downtown to the old Montreal. The only suggestion for improvement I would have would be the following one: Oscars tends to speak quite fast (with a nice mexican accent) and from time to time it results complicated to catch-up and to fully understand his story-telling. That being said, I would definitely recommend taking this walking tour on your first day in MTL.
