Rachael and her team did a terrific job helping me find a house. She is very good at communicating. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response and she is very friendly. I will use her and her team again in the future. Not sure I put in the right last name so I would like to clarify the agents that helped me . Brittney Sargent did a great job on our financial needs and Rachael Rhodes did an amazing job finding the house with the right needs. They are both very efficient in their customer service skills. Aldo was very honest with me when touring homes. He was also able to get private tours of each home with reasonable restrictions (masks, social distancing, etc). Even in the toughest market, he was able to get us a forever home with all the amenities we were looking for. We thought we might have to settle for something less - but he proved us wrong. And, he made the closing process very easy - and worked with the title company and the lender to help us understand each step. I would recommend Aldo and the Top Agent team to anyone looking for a new home.
Our realtor Aldo Della Pella helped us find the perfect house for our family. He works hard, goes above and beyond, and very knowledgeable. He is also polite, easygoing, sweet and good with kids (very patient and friendly.) We live in CA, so we were unsure how the house hunting would be. However, he did throughout virtual tours on so many houses for us and it made it so easy and possible to see and know the houses without actually being there. The housing market right now is unbelievably competitive, which made us feel impossible to buy a house we want. Nevertheless, Aldo never gave up on us and he was always there for us so that we can get the perfect house. He is very responsive and acts as fast as a sports car. We are very satisfied and happy with the house we purchased. We got our house 25k less than asking price, which seems to be miraculous considering the competitive market. We are so lucky and grateful to have Aldo as our agent.
Thera Baldwin was AMAZING throughout our entire home buying experience!!! From the very beginning of looking at houses, through all the massive information needed to complete each step, and being there for us till the very end the day we received our keys. Not only did she make sure we received the keys on time, but her and Rob went the extra mile to give us a framed picture of our first time entering the house as owners. Definitely going the extra mile. She listened earnestly to what we needed as a family and found us the perfect house! She made the buying process completely seamless and enjoyable as first-time home buyers and we enjoyed having her as a realtor who we could count on to get things done, especially during this time of uncertainty. The communication from step one to step 12 was superior. She was extremely friendly, helpful in finding out extra questions that we had, setting up inspections, and all out just did an amazing job making me and my family feel as if we were deciding on the best choice possible in which would fit us not only now, but as we grow as a family. Her demeanor was always positive and she was consistently ready to offer very much appreciated professional advice. She was extremely patient and enjoyed every aspect of looking at houses with us. She was flexible with timing and was always there when we needed her for anything from reassurances to double checking the process was on track. There was no pressure to buy and there was always a time that we could get a hold of her to answer even the simplest and silliest of questions at times. We will recommend her to anyone and everyone who will listen!!!
Cody Sullivan a été franc et honnête avec nous sur ce qu'il fallait faire pour une vente rapide de notre maison.
