I’ve just had my RS3 finished in full body PPF with topaz (Bristol) excellent service even better work thanks to Harry who done my RS3 will be letting my friends know and also I will be going back in the future so if you need your car paint protected topaz is the place.
It makes a refreshing change to receive “FIRST CLASS” customer service. Benjamin and the team at Topaz Bristol delivered an exceptional service, honest in there advise and reliable in the results received. The staff are extremely friendly and passionate about their work. Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to the following people at Topaz for a truly outstanding job they did on my new GT4RS. First of all Emilio for working with me and Porsche Bristol to get my car detailed, PPF’d and Ceramic coated before my collection date. Secondly, Harry, John, and Luke for the incredible shine they got on the car with their detailing skills. The car just has a permanent wet look’ shine on it… It’s amazing. Lastly, Amy, Sam, and Ben for the skill they showed in putting the clear full body PPF on the car.. With all the NACA ducts and vents on this machine i’m sure it’s no easy task. This is the second car i’ve had PPF’d and detailed at Topaz Bristol. You cannot fault their work and attention to detail. I particularly like the way they do not cut the film on the car. I have seen some real horror stories with poor PPF fitting.
Just got my car back from Topaz, Bristol branch having been well looked after by Emilio and the team, and I have to say I'm really pleased with the results. They have some amazing high end cars through their doors and I am certainly not in that league but this wasn't an issue for Topaz. I felt as though I was treated with the same high level of service and they were more than happy to send me pictures as the car was worked on. I opted for Level 3 and the ceramic coating, after some advice, which stretched my budget but I feel it was worth it. The car is a 2020 but now looks brand new. The only problem I have is I don't want to take it out and get it dirty!!! Having said that Emilio has given me information on how to keep the car looking great so I will be out driving it with a smile.....once it has stopped raining!
First time using Topaz of Bristol for our Mercedes GLE to have the Ceramic coating treatment. The end result is outstanding. Andy Portch was responsive and attentive right from the start, his product knowledge is extensive and he gave us good advice throughout. We were constantly updated with photos of the car throughout the process which was extremely reassuring. Also a huge thank-you to Kane and his team for a fantastic result. Everyone we met at Topaz was extremely polite and professional. We will definitely be returning with our other car. We highly recommend. Thanks again Andy, look forward to seeing you again soon.
