Car wash is mediocre. Attention to detail is an absolute low. I’ve come here multiple times and the only reason I kept going back is convenience. I don’t complain about much but my last visit has left me utterly speechless. Went for to get my car washed in and out. Once they finished I get in my car to find a huge mess in the back seat that was clearly not cleaned, on top of that multiple times I’ve gone to this car wash and PAYED for a tire shining and it was NOT done. I bring this to the managers attention and she doesn’t even apologize or offer a discount on their special leather seat cleaning service. Not coming back. For 20$ extra and 2 more minutes of driving I can get my car fully detailed professionally.
Never disappointed. Between 8am and noon you can get a detailed clean for 120$, extra deep clean for 290$ (seats to be shampooed) I routinely go in for the 50$ clean and am happy with that.
In my experience, it’s okay, the wash is decent. It’s not bad at all in my opinion, and the price is competitive. It’s a quick drive-thru car wash, and I’m subscribed to “The Works.” I just wish they had longer hours, maybe until 8 or 9 p.m., because most people finish work around 4:30–5 p.m. We have to rush, and although their station is only 15 minutes away from my work, I still end up hurrying. I’ve added some photos (taken in my garage). An honest 4 star rating from me!
I was shocked to see how dusty my car was after “The Tops”($56) car wash. Photos were taken almost immediately post-wash. I tried contacting them, but received no response.
Horrible experience last week! Pay $46.00, I’m only allowed a small detailing service because of the day, the car is washed, mats are cleaned. Car comes out of the wash, I’m told from the beginning the car will only get a light dusting…. Three people start cleaning the inside of the car. I get the car, the inside is still dirty, no dusting was done at all, persons washing the inside of the front window with a dirty rag, making the front window on the inside dirtier before. Also no cleaning of the tires when it comes out of the wash? No more armor all on the tires when cleaning the inside of the car? What gives? Also an employee encouraging me to add a tip in a bright red tip box? Tip not earned in this car wash experience no thank you I will not be back. Been going here for 20 years. Whoever the new owner is of this place is, you need to revisit your business model and provide a better cleaning service to your customers. Why is it you don’t offer the $80 service all week? Very sad. I’d pay more for a better cleaning of my car, not a lower price and then I get home and need to redo it myself. My son did a better job cleaning my car, inside and out, by hand this weekend(pictures for example)
