We had requested a move in clean for our tenant. Loved that there was immediate availability and we could very easily book online. All costs were also very transparent. The service and cleaning were great. Communication was kind and prompt prior to service. On the day of, we wanted to add an additional service - and were able to literally as the cleaning was taking place. Would definitely hire again!
I've been using Toronto Shine Cleaning for my apartment cleanings the past few years and they've been great. Linda is so helpful and communicative with bookings and also providing updates. The cleaners (shout out to Kemelly, Miriam, Simone who've serviced my home multiple times) always do a very nice job and they end up sending at least 2 people so the work gets done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!
I have been working with Toronto Shine Cleaning for about a year now. I really appreciate their website because it allows me to quickly book a service with different options and get an instant quote. There is no obligation to book regularly, and they allow you to schedule services based on your needs. I believe the clear communication and the efficient booking process are what make this company exceptional. When we moved to our family house, they started sending a team of three people, and my entire house would be cleaned within four hours. It's truly like magical fairies! They clean very professionally. I've been very satisfied with their service.
we used toronto shine cleaning for a move-in service, with additional requests for the inside of the oven, fridge, interior windows, interior walls, and inside of the kitchen & bathroom cabinets. we were very happy with the result! we have a high standard for cleanliness, and we have to say this is the best cleaning service we have used so far in the GTA. the management was very communicative, and the staff were friendly and ready to jump right into cleaning the moment they arrived! there were a couple pieces of furniture that were not cleaned, but everything else was cleaned exceptionally well (this includes thoroughly vacuuming the rug and couch which were quite dusty). we will definitely be using their services in the future for regular and deep cleans!
I hired them for a tenant move/out cleaning, and they did an amazing job! The place was a mess, and I truly appreciate their hard work. They even sent photos afterward since I couldn’t be there in time. Great job. thank you, ladies! You deserve every penny for this work.
