food was so underwhelming and cold. i ordered a “large” burrito, paying extra for more filling and guacamole etc but when it arrived it was definitely NOT worth the money i paid for it, it had no flavour and was barely full. i’m very disappointed and wish i could have my money back.

I go to Tortilla all over the country and the Cardiff branch is honestly one of the best. The food is always fresh, high quality, and consistently good every time I come in. You can really tell the ingredients are better than most fast-food places — especially the chicken, rice, beans, salsa, guacamole and sour cream, which all taste clean and properly prepared. It’s one of the few places where you can get something that feels both healthy and filling without sacrificing flavour. Everything is well-portioned, well-seasoned, and put together properly, so it never feels sloppy or rushed. If you want good-quality, fresh food that’s reliable and actually makes you feel good after eating, Tortilla Cardiff is a great choice.

absolutely phenomenal burritos made each time i come here. It has become a part of my weekly and it DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. This place is very reliable for sublime grub. A very devoted hard working worker, Aaron, makes the BEST burritos giving you a decent amount of each toppings. 100% would recommend, 10/10 tasting burritos.

Tortilla Cardiff has been my go-to lunch spot for years, as a regular the team already know my order and most days I don’t have to say a word and they make my naked burrito just as I like it. Fantastic customer service always with a smile.

Tasty burritos, good tacos and fantastic corn ribs with fast service. Price was a bit above average and got the medium sized burrito which was pretty small but still very tasty. Definitely would go again 8/10
