This was a bad experience. Mostly with the way it was handled. I had them come out to inspect my plenum that they installed and had started to come apart. They quoted me 323 dollars which I thought was a bit high, but then they wanted to add a 99 dollar service fee when I was not told about that. I don't have a problem paying when I'm told ahead of time but not when you are trying to charge me 323 with an additional 99 dollars. So 422+ dollars! Would not call them again! I wanted to get some maintenance done and would have gladly scheduled additional services now they lost me as a customer.

Your Engineer Klajdi was excellent technically and professionally. I found him easy to be around as he was focused, thorough and proactive. He educated me on the status of my Carrier A/C unit and was willing to discuss pros and cons and options. Everyone I encountered within your organization was positive, professional and responsive. Total Air, their technical staff and support staff are excellent people and I highly recommend them.

Four months prior to me signing up for the Total air-conditioning maintenance contract program. I bought a brand new 2025 carrier split system for my condo. The guys just came to do its first ever preventive maintenance and make sure the company I hired did the job right. Jon, The lead technician brought a helper, and the two of them did not need anybody to supervise them because they were totally thorough. I did buy a UVC dual lamp for inside the air handler, which is an awesome installation and the byproduct is nothing more amazing than me receiving a healthy body I can’t believe how my sinuses and digestive system has healed because of the UVC light they put in my cats that are 12 years old after four months of this perfect carrier air conditioner, humming along have now returned to their kitten bodies just like dad he doesn’t look 62 anymore either lol thank you guys now to honor the two installers which represented the company! A huge thank you to both of you, Jon Conklin and his helper, Josiah Stathos, Who did his first UV light installation on my carrier air handler with John supervision it was an amazing process. Thank you for putting that in my home. We are all breathing like we live in Hawaii and that’s the truth. Amen God bless you guys. :-)

I got a whole new "pancake style" (above ceiling) HVAC system installed that works great! The techs were courteous and professional. They corrected some previous problems above the ceiling so that my HVAC unit will drain better and work more efficiently.

My A/C quit working late on a Sunday night. Monday morning I called and within three hours a technician had come out, assessed the problem, contacted the manufacturer to see if the part was under warranty, ordered the part, had it delivered, installed, and the A/C up and running. Now that's what I call fast service! Marcos explained everything and took time to make sure I understood at each step. Thank you for your wonderful service. P.S. This was my first time using this company and I am so glad that I did. I will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend them.
