Total Assurance is always on the ball and has been for the five years and two houses at which we have counted on their expertise, whether doing buyer and seller inspections, preventative maintenance, installation of new systems (one at old house, one at new house) and even with helping to limp an old system along that is just begging to be replaced until the time is right. The visit today by Abel was top notch. Very knowledgeable and professional, questions thoroughly answered and left me with no questions or concerns left unaddressed.

Realized our AC was acting up so called Total Assurance. Kyle was the tech on duty was here quicker than told. He had the issue fixed so quickly and was so nice! Thank you so much for always being so professional and quick!
